Ron Verrier Wins MPETA Eastman Regional Recognition Award

Back in October, we were proud to announce that SRTA member Brian Gadient was the recipient of a 2012-2013 MPETA award for his web video series “PhysEd Games” and it was a short time later that we learned that another SRTA member was recognized for excellence in teaching physical education. Ron Verrier, who has taught for many years in Seine River, was recognized with the MPETA Eastman Regional Recognition Award for his work in 2012-2013. This award is only given to one recipient in the Eastman region each year, and so if you see Ron at any of our divisional or association events, make sure you give him a pat on the back and congratulations on this achievement!
