SRTA Newsletter May 2017

Six short weeks remain until the end of the school year, and momentum keeps moving us forward in the SRTA. There’s been a lot of news in the past two months, and we’ve got all of the details in the May 2017 SRTA Newsletter. 

In this edition, we’ve included information about the SRTA Bargaining Forum (May 31), the Colleen Kachur-Reico Memorial Golf Event (June 8), and MTS Golf (June 10). The SRTA Executive chimes in about the Michael Slobodian Memorial Volleyball Tourney, the SRTA PD fund, creating a GSA, Indigenous education, and the recent announcement by the provincial government about PPP schools. Plus, eight articles from teachers sharing their thoughts from professional development activities they attended, thanks to funding from the SRTA PD Fund.
