The Seine Scene March 2021 Newsletter

The March 2021 Seine Scene is published, and it is now available for reading!  Thank you to our PR Chair, Robyn Woytowich, for her efforts in creating this edition of the published SRTA Newsletter. She has done a great job. This edition includes PD article. Yeah!!. We were able to secure limited funding for SRTA members to access and they shared their learning in this edition.

This edition, SRTA President Sandy Turcotte provides SRTA members continued encouragement, support and understanding for the situation that teachers face in trying to deliver education during a pandemic. It includes MTS reaction to the impact of the PC Governments proposed Bill 64 and Education Review announcement.

It includes updated information of our bargaining process, self-isolation exemptions, the importance of updating a secure work password, improving air quality to fight the spread of Covid and Indigenous library additions. It also includes our SRTA 2021 Election Nomination Poster.

Life Speak is featured as a great resource to support educators that MTS has provided and how to access it. Plus information for Principals and Vice-principals as we navigate Bill 64 plan.
