October 2020 Newsletter
The October 2020 newsletter is published, and it is now available for reading! The Seine Scene continues to be the publication title for 2020. Thank you to our new PR Chair, Robyn Woytowich, for her first published SRTA Newsletter. She has done a great job. Of course our newsletters moving forward will have no PD reviews as we don’t have access to our fund. In this edition we did have members complete University courses that they are sharing with you. This edition, SRTA President Sandy Turcotte provides SRTA members encouragement, support and understanding for the situation that teachers face in trying to deliver education during a pandemic. It includes updated information of the ESJ and Indigenous library. Our new executive chairs and their roles are included. Educator Assistant Program to support Manitoba Teachers and how to access them. MTS Reaction and Actions are shared and what they are doing on behalf of MB teachers.
The digital version of the newsletter can be found by clicking on the image of the newsletter in this post. A print copy will be posted in your schools for your convenience.
Take care, stay safe, and look out for each other.
Together we are stronger.
